This policy explains what North Hall collects on this website, why it is collected, and the limits of what the website actually does. It is written for players in Alberta, Canada. The legal company name of the operator has not been confirmed for this domain, so a company name is not invented here.

The operator of this domain is the controller for the account records stored on this website. Because the legal name, registration number, and address are not confirmed, they are not published. Privacy questions go to privacy@deltacasnio.slonik.store.

Personal Information Collected

The website collects the information you type into its forms, files you upload, and technical records needed to run the session. It does not buy a marketing list, and it does not read a location from the browser.

Account Registration

Registration stores your full name, email address, password hash, date of birth, phone number, street address, city, province or territory, and postal code, plus the time the account was created. The password itself is not stored. The date of birth and email address cannot be edited from the profile form.

Identity Verification

If you upload a JPG, PNG, or PDF, the file is stored in a private location and the verification status becomes Pending. The status starts as Unverified. This website never sets Verified by itself. A reviewer outside this website would have to change that status in the account record. Empty or rejected files do not change the status.

Geolocation Data

Real-money play requires a server-side check that you are physically in Alberta. No geolocation provider is connected. The website does not ask the browser for coordinates, and a province selected at registration is not treated as proof of where you are. Real-money casino games are available only to eligible players physically located in Alberta.

Financial Information

International Data Transfers

The website is intended for Alberta. Where the server sits is a hosting fact, not a claim that data is transferred to a named processor. No international processor is appointed in this policy.

Data Retention

Account records, uploaded documents, messages, and the mail log remain until the operator deletes them. Password reset tokens expire after one hour. Login-attempt counters are kept to enforce the lockout. A self-excluded email remains blocked until the exclusion end date, or without an end date if you chose that.

User Rights

You can read and correct your name, phone, and residential address in the profile. You can ask, by email to privacy@deltacasnio.slonik.store, for a copy of the account record or for deletion. Deletion does not lift an active self-exclusion, and it cannot be completed from the website alone. Identity is checked before a copy is sent, using the same email as the account.

Data Security

Passwords are hashed. Sessions use an HTTP-only cookie. Forms that change data require a CSRF token. Private stores are PHP files that exit before the JSON is printed if they are requested directly. These measures reduce risk. They are not a promise that a breach is impossible.
